Frequently asked questions
What is a chatter?
A post that feels like a message. Share it with everyone, your friends, a hangout, an event or a community. It's as easy as chatting, but it stays out there for people to see. You can style it with colors, images and special themes.
What is an Instant?
A raw, unedited moment from your day. Take a photo or video with a swipe, tap and post. Nothing gets edited, so what you share is what you saw.
What is Resonance?
A way to respond to a chatter without a crowded comment section. Every resonance stands on its own, so there are no endless reply chains and no pile-ons. Each resonance is seen only by you, and you can choose to reply to the ones you get.
What is Discover?
A calm, simple feed to find what's happening around you. See what people are talking about with #trending, find people who share your interests in hangouts, and find events and communities nearby.
What is a hangout?
A temporary space for people who share an interest.
What is an event?
A real-life get-together. Create an event with a time and place, send invites in seconds, and share updates and photos while it happens.
What is a community?
A home for your people. Communities are one of the places you can host and share a chatter.
Do events disappear?
Yes. When an event is over, it disappears. There's no clutter, just the memories.
